Join Cheyenne Kippenberger of the Seminole Tribe of Florida for a conversation about debunking negative stereotypes, shifting cultural narrative, centering Indigenous and Native perspectives, and enhancing Native American curriculum in the classroom this Native American Heritage Month.

Cheyenne Eete Kippenberger is a Seminole and Chilean woman, advocate for Indigenous people, a former Miss FL Seminole and a former Miss Indian World. She has utilized her platform as an ambassador and advocate to overturn adverse stereotypes and stigmatizations of mental health, encourage healing through identity and culture, champion protections for the FL Everglades and the environment, and collaborate with educational institutions to enhance Native American curriculum. With a true passion for and dedication to future generations, she has led communications for the Center For Native American Youth (CNAY), a national advocacy and education organization dedicated to serving and empowering Native youth for the past three years.Cheyenne strives for authenticity and to live a healthy life physically, mentally and spiritually through her community, culture and teachings.
