Brave Conversations: Without them, can we ever truly be peaceful?

1.5 CPDs, Run Time: 36:46

Despite our skill in guiding students to peacefully resolve conflict, as adults most of us avoid it at all cost. In this workshop, we will develop concrete tools to recognize and face our own conflicts before they become too unwieldy to mend. No matter what the conflict is, or whether it involves a colleague, parent, or supervisor, facing them through brave conversations will allow us to be happier and more effective in our lives.
