This interactive workshop will give you space to work through several positive discipline lessons and learn non-violent communication skills. We will discuss questions like: How do we build connection with our communication? What are our current challenges? What are our hopes and dreams for the future? How can we build a "TEAM" with our parents to work together? This will not only help teachers in the classroom and in their relationships with families but this will also help teachers to thrive in their personal lives.

Kristen Ancker, MSEd, is a parent coach, teacher mentor, and school consultant helping families and schools to gain confidence and remain calm using effective discipline strategies and positive communication. Kristen has worked in Montessori schools for over a decade and has been facilitating Positive Discipline workshops since 2011. Kristen is founder of the parent program. AMS credentialed (Early Childhood).
