Leading From the Middle

1.5 CPDs, Run Time 41:08

Presented by graduates of the AMS Emerging Leaders Fellowship program, this workshop will focus not only on the impacts of Montessori leadership across the nation, but also on our own abilities to cultivate an individual sense of leadership within our schools and organizations. You will learn 3 distinct journeys to leadership and explore what it looks and feels like to be a middle leader. Participants will explore recognizable challenges inherent in leadership and partake in self-reflective activities that identify and inform our own work as leaders. You will leave with practical solutions that you can apply to your work immediately.
