Making it Stick: The Anatomy of the Effective Lesson

1.5 CPDs, Run Time 59:58

Learning is a journey and we are the student’s guides. These journeys are the stuff children use to build their souls and wire their minds. What do we most want them to see and feel? What makes learning stick?

It provides strategies for the 1st Period, including getting (and keeping) attention, using “points of interest,” differentiating for various learners, and, clarifying and reinforcing key concepts for recall and application.
