TME23 Building a Culture of Belonging

1.5 CPDs, Time: 39:45

Join this workshop outlining the three key components of highly successful organizations: safety, vulnerability, and shared purpose. The presenter will explore how to develop safety in your school community—similarly to how we develop safety for the children in our classrooms. Exploring how Daniel Coyle’s principles from his book, "The Culture Code," overlay with Maria Montessori’s pedagogy, workshop participants will leave with practical tools to support their staff’s sense of belonging through a culture of safety.
