Jamie Moritz shares tools and resources for increasing safety, strengthening community, and decreasing symptoms of anxiety and depression through use of a variety of tools including grounding and mindfulness.

Presenter’s Bio:
Jamie Moritz is a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 15 years of experience working with individuals, families, and children. She currently has a private practice in Southern California. She is trained in Parent Child Interaction Therapy and EMDR.
